Santa Claus is coming to Wiseburn Saturday December 20th!

You better watch out! The 17th annual Wiseburn Santa Parade is Saturday, Dec. 20th starting at 4:45pm at Shoop & 133rd Street. Sirens & lights will alert you that Santa is here! See map below for additional stops!

 

Wiseburn Watch is proud to join with CHP “CHIPs for Kids” toy drive to collect toys along our Santa Stop route. Please bring your donation of a new unwrapped toy or sporting good for the drive.

Wiseburn residents: National Night Out 2025 Tuesday August 5, 2025 4-7pm!

Please join us for an afternoon/early evening gather of fun, food, games, and celebration of our partnership with our local law enforcement, county, and community agencies during our 2025 National Night Out, happening at the parking lot of LA County Wiseburn Library at 5335 W 135th Street between 4PM and 7PM. Brough to you with generous support from LA County Supervisor Holly Mitchell’s office, LA County Wiseburn Library, and Wiseburn Watch community members and local businesses.

After a number of years of anticipation, we have the groundbreaking ceremony taking place later this montn for the 135th  & Aviation Sports Complex (the site of the old Dana Middle School), thanks to the funds available from Measure EE.

Take the 2024 Pedestrian Plan Community Survey!

Los Angeles County is conducting a survey to better understand barriers to walking to get more people walking, make walking safer, and promote healthy activities in your community. “Walking” includes traveling by foot, wheelchair, stroller, skateboard, push scooter, etc. The survey should take 5-10 minutes, and all answers will be kept confidential. Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary, and you can stop this survey at any time. This survey was approved by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health Institutional Review Board.
